- AREA = LENGTH X WIDTH
- AREA OF CIRCLE = (RADIUS SQUARED) X 3.14
- CIRCUMFERENCE OF A CIRCLE = DIAMETER X 3.14
- CUBIC FEET NEEDED = AREA X DEPTH IN FEET
- CUBIC YARDS NEEDED = CUBIC FEET / 27
- A TON OF MOST PRODUCTS WILL COVER 80 SQ. FT @ 3” DEEP
- A YARD WILL COVER 80 SQ. FT @ 4” DEEP OR 105 SQ FT @ 3” DEEP
- ON MOST PRODUCTS A TON = 75% OF A CUBIC YARD
